What Is The Re-Order Program?

BCT Indiana offers a re-order program that stores all orders typeset by our prepress department for potential future recall.


    How Does It Help Dealers?

Reputation - BCT Indiana strives to be perfect, but we are also human. We recognize that any mistakes on our end reflect upon our dealers with your customers. Our re-Order program should eliminate at least the typographical errors due to the fact that we are recalling previous orders.

Simplicty - Re-Ordering is now even easier by utilizing our simple online Re-Order form.

Profitability - Due to the fact that we are not charging the same price for re-orders, (explained later) dealers have the option of passing discounts along or charging the original price. Additional profitability can be achieved.


    Program Overview

  • Any Business Card, Letterhead, or Envelope that we typeset will be assigned a re-order number and a re-order card will be provided to our dealer.

  • When sending a traditional re-order (via route or fax), please attach a sample of the card. When sending an online re-order, please indicate both the mainline and the name of the person on the card (if applicable).

  • When we receive your order form with a re-order card attached, we will reward you with a discount, provided that the layout of the item does not change.

  • When a re-order item is completed, a new number and card will be issued. The old re-order card will not be returned. This helps us ensure that the latest file information is the most current.

  • When submitting an online re-order with changes, please indicate the new information in the Info. Changes/Special Instructions box.

  • Order forms must still be filled out when sending a re-order card. Ink colors, paper type, quantity, etc. must be filled out. Please take the time to check all information on the order form so that delays are avoided.


        Online Re-Orders


    The new online version of our re-Order program has added even greater convenience to the program. However, certain information must be entered to ensure that you receive your order accurately and promptly. Re-Order numbers provide the card's layout (including text and graphics). Stock, ink color(s), printing method, quantity, etc. MUST always be filled out.

    But, with online Re-Orders, there is a very important field to be aware of. The Mainline & Person's Name field must be filled out to ensure that we retrieve the correct card from our file archives. When placing a traditional order, we require a sample of the card, allowing us to determine which to use. With online re-orders, this information must be entered into the field.
