REGISTERING YOUR BUSINESS . . .
is very simple. Just fill out the Credit Application below, which provides us with valuable information necessary to setup your dealer account. Many customers opt to pay by credit card, if you chose that option, you do not need to provide trade references. It is important to indicate whether your business is a “store front” or you operate out of your home. We offer FREE DELIVERY to all our customers with store fronts that are within our normal route delivery area. Once your account is setup, your Customer Service Representative can provide you with further details regarding delivery.
Furthermore, this application is really straight forward. Simply fill out the form in its entirety, as all fields are required. Requests for open account status will be determined once bank and trade references have been checked. Should you be granted credit, our terms are Net/30. During the review process, all orders must ship COD.
Lastly, if you operate your business within the state of Indiana, we are required to have your Retail Merchant Certificate on file. You will need to complete and return the Form St-105 below.
